This is one of the best known Mexican cookbooks written by celebrity chef, Rick bayless. The recipes are authentic and very good. Some people seem to be put off by his writing style because he comes across as being arrogant.

I don’t mind his writing style and I really like the recipes. I have actually gone to some of the restaurants and markets mentioned in the book. One of the reasons I trust the recipes is because food that he makes special mention of I also found to be excellent. I guess he has copied my tastes.
