I love Guacamole. And I must say your recipe sounds interesting, I've never tried roasting the vegetables.

One tip of advice that may sound silly, I used to work at a mexican restaurant, and this old lady who was the cook, told me that some things need to be done using only your hands. Wash your hands very thoroughly with soap and warm water and don't be afraid to use your hands to mix and blend the avocados. Use a little pepper and salt and a teaspoon of olive oil, it will make you avocado last longer along with the lime juice. It oxidizes when in contact with air.

My mother used to mince fresh purple onion. A little pungent but a great combination.

I like this site very much.
